At Women Clothing Sale, we want you to love your new activewear, loungewear, and swimwear as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with our hassle-free returns and exchanges process.

Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Items must be in their original packaging
Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on hosiery, bodysuits, bikinis, and one-piece swimsuits unless they arrive defective or damaged. Please inspect these items carefully upon arrival.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact our team within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your order number and details about the item you’d like to return or exchange.
  2. Wait for approval – Our customer service team will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions.
  3. Package your return – Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  4. Ship your return – Send the package to our return center at:

  5. Wait for processing – Once we receive your return, we’ll process it within 3-5 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Information

Once your return is processed:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account (processing times vary by payment provider)
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once the return is processed (additional shipping charges may apply)

Damaged or Defective Items

If your activewear, pajama set, or other item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.
