Return Policy Details

  • Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
  • Condition Requirements:
    • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
    • All original tags must be attached
    • Items must be in original packaging
  • Proof of Purchase: Original order number required

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on hosiery, bodysuits, bikinis, and one-piece swimsuits unless they arrive defective or damaged. Please inspect these items carefully upon arrival.
